4 days to go!

Well we have had our last visit to see Tilly before we collect her on Friday. She was definitely the most active we have seen her and spent most of the time beating her brothers up!

Everything is ready now for Friday - we have her crate and beds and collards and leads and vet beds and toys and treats and bowels!!!! One thing is for certain Tilly is costing us a small fortune!

Here are a couple of videos from Saturday night.

New Videos

Here are a couple of videos from Linda.

Not long now!

We are not back from Crete - lots of sun and relaxing something we won't have so much time for when we get Tilly.

We came home to a nice surprise - a puppy book form a friend of ours Alison which we have been reading with interest - Jon spent more time looking at the pictures of the puppies. No surprise there!

Parents Visit

Jon's Mum and Dad came to visit and unsurprisingly wanted to go and visit the very cute Tilly:

Meanwhile work on the run is nearly finished. We are using Chain Link fence onto a frame identical to the one I made form the normal fence. It looks OK - lets hope Tilly wont escape. Dad has made us a gate for the run which I am in the process of coating with preserve.

Escaper...

Well it looks as though we are going to have our work cut out for us keeping Tilly in her run...

Jack still doesn't have a home so if anyone is thinking of a springer pup let us know - he is adorable.

Feeding time...

We went to visit Tilly last night and she was as cute as ever. Having had her out to play with for a few minutes she expertly managed to work her way to the bottom of the 'pup pile'. To do this she just crawled on top of one of her brother and kept digging her self until he moved just enough for her to wriggle underneath. It was very funny to watch.

The only sad thing about the visit was to find out Jack hasn't got a home yet - he is particularly cute and it did prompt a very short conversation about twins.... needless to say the outcome was no!

Some piccies below of the pups having their first food from bowls - very funny. I think it will take a little while before they realise it is for drinking and not walking in! Mum was watching over them as they drank although Linda thinks she just wanted her share of the milk!

Where did the bowl go?
